We are starting with dogs, show dogs, and agility dogs, and expanding to photograph all types of furry friends! Including cats, small animals, horses, homestead animals, show chickens and more! If they’re part of your family, they’re welcome. The only exception would be snakes and insects!

Absolutely! Many of the pets I work with have anxiety, sensory needs, or reactivity. Humans too! Sessions are calm, slow-paced, and built around your pet’s comfort level. There is zero pressure and no expectation for perfect behaviour. Safety and comfort come first, always!

Yes! Bright Tails Studio Inc. was built to be inclusive for both pets and people! I can adapt communication style, environment, and accommodate sensory needs to help you feel comfortable. Just let me know what supports you best!

No worries at all! Pets do not need to sit, pose, it’s kinda unnatural for them to do that, haha! I photograph them as they are. Movement, wiggling, sniffing, zoomies… all part of the fun and often the best moments!

Comfortable clothing works best! Soft, neutral tones keep the focus on your pet. It’s better to avoid loud patterns and large logos on clothing. If you’d like guidance, I can help you choose outfits that complement your pet’s colouring.
